Eighteen years with his parents and twenty years flying helicopters for the U. S. Army got Greg Randolph through Chapters One, Get Weaned and Get Going, and Two, Have Young Man Adventures, but Don't Die. He was scouting potential sites for Chapter Three, Become a Farmer / Rancher Who Knows How To Care For and Live With The Land, when an engine failure on his Super Cub literally dropped him into a deadly armed confrontation. A combination of skills gained during Chapter Two and a phenomenal piece of luck give him the tools required to both survive the confrontation and to follow-through with his decision concerning Chapter Three, but that follow-through is much more exciting than he thought it would be.
