Pages from a Country Diary
Percival Somers
Originally published in 1904. The illustrated contents contain jottings and anecdotes on country life and sport through each month of the year. Much on hunting, shooting, fishing and field sports. Many of the earliest field sports books, particularly those dating back to the 1900s and before, are now extremely scarce and increasingly expensive. Home Farm Books are republishing many of these classic works in affordable, high quality, modern editions, using the original text and artwork.
