About the Author


Frank Doerger spent over thirty years as a manager in a multihospital healthcare system and has previously written about his experiences in Welcome to the Real Working World, What Every Employee Must Know to Succeed.


In his spare time, Frank tutors a foreign college student, volunteers at a nonprofit computer learning center, and travels with photo clubs to photograph scenic Colorado. He also enjoys roaming about Colorado with his wife, young grandsons, and two dogs.
