The Wrecking Ball tells the story of Ava Sheridan and her relationship with Sean Webb. What starts off as a love affair, and what Ava believes is her first and last chance of happiness, turns over time into something much darker. After six years the relationship has not moved on and Ava begins to suspect that all is not what it seems. During one of Sean?s increasingly frequent trips to the United States, Ava is given some information and her life begins to unravel.
