A cross between Jurassic Park and Harry Potter, these are the adventures of 14-year old Kyle, his 12-year-old sister Teresa, and her friend Sonja, a beautiful Indian girl. Their fathers designed and built a time capsule unlike anything ever before. The children accidentally enter the machine and embark on an adventure into the prehistoric past causing a paradox, danger to the universe and changes that effect the future. Like Harry Potter, this story is appropriate for young and old alike. There are many similar themes such as social conflict, father/son communication issues, sibling rivalry, and infatuation. The main difference is that Harry Potter is about magic while No Time For Dinosaurs is based in science! And their are Dinosaurs!
