Aimee is a very special person. In the winter, she is the human Angel Connor. During the summer, she is the half-human, half-alien by the name of Aimee the Apex. Every summer, Aimee uses her superpowers to complete 'chores' for her father and this year, it's personal: she must track down her paraplegic friend, Charlie and rescue her from the clutches of a rival clan that wishes to do her harm.
