NCP (Non-Custodial Parent)

Supervised or monitored visitation/access means you are not allowed by the court to be alone with your child or children. There may be a good reason for this, or it may just be that the judge is erring on the side of caution. Whatever the reason, this booklet may help you through it or at least help you to understand the process. It is my hope that this publication can help some children to have both parents safely in their lives.
