When President Harry Crotch enforces a public experiment forcing a small town named, Waterville; the town is held against their will. The townsfolk are forced to partake with this strange experiment; which enables the host to conjure sexual fantasies to Karma-like sabotage. Following the experimentation, rapists, serial killers & even the fall of many governments take place. The tall-tail lies that once had encouraged humanity to stay good, and push for hope, all failed when the Alien disclosure came to light. The evils of Earth had killed off 60% of its population, leaving many killers behind. Two years went by, and the International Army was created, and held defenses against the Grey Federation, who attempted to take Earth for their own devilish agenda's. When all Hell breaks loose, Alien spacecrafts linger over the town to observe, then to engage against the military insurgents guarding this town. When all hope seems to be banished, Tate leaves earth to help save humanity; and at all costs avoiding havoc!
