To the Rescue

Cassandra grew up believing she was an ordinary human girl. Now she knew that wasn't the case. She was anything but normal. Cassandra had learned she could turn into any creature she wanted just by thinking about being that creature or by standing next to one. Not only could she turn into different creature's kid's nightmares were made of, but she was a real Royal Blooded Princess! She never wanted to be a Princess. In fact, she hated the idea. She was told she would rule the underworld in the future. One day soon she would oversee all supernatural creatures. She couldn't see herself telling anyone else what to do. Yet she would have no choice in the matter. Her father wanted to trap her and force her to do what he wanted. Her mother wanted her to live with her so she could use her. No one cared what Cassandra wanted. Then there was the little matter of several Princes' trying to force her to pick one of them as her mate. She didn't want a mate. Cassandra would fight them all but in the end, she would have to make a stand. She would be the Princess she was meant to be. That would mean standing up to her parents and fighting. With her two best friends at her side Princess Cassandra would take on the underworld. Things might not always turn out the way she planned, could that be a good thing? Would a handsome stranger fall at her feet, only to become someone special to her? Would he be a normal human or something more? Would he cost her someone special in her life?
