Aguas Oscuras

Detective Erika Foster learns that key evidence for a major narcotics case was stashed in a disused quarry on the outskirts of London and has it searched. The thick sludge contains the drugs, and also the skeleton of a young child, quickly identified as that of Jessica Collins, vanished twenty-six years ago.
