They can be wealthy, getting by, or struggling financially. They are married, in long-term relationships, single, divorced, having casual sex, or victims of sexual assault. They usually share the belief that while the decision may have been difficult, they made the best choice at the time. You are not alone in your choice to have an abortion. You were the best person to make the decision that was best for you, at that point in your life. You are the expert in your own life. This booklet is a confidential space for all of us who've been touched by abortion, whether the experience happened recently or years ago. This book is a refuge, a safe haven, a place where you can reflect on what's happened and move through the healing process at your own pace.
