Growing up, I thought it was normal, but in time it dawned on me that my family had some odd ways of making a living. The one thing they did not like was being told what to do. Being employed often runs up against that problem. My family found creative ways of getting around it. Some were innovative, and others were shady but not very bad. This book is a collection of stories that have made me smile or laugh over the years, but I was a bit shy about sharing.
