The pig-nosed turtle is otherwise called the fly waterway turtle and the hollowed shelled turtle. This is types of turtle that is recorded as endangered species by the IUCN. The pig-nosed turtle is local to the water regions of northern Australia and southern New Guinea. It is the only surviving individual from the Carettochelys sort and subfamily of Carettochelyinae. Numerous extinct species were portrayed throughout the years around the globe.
