Cooking After Dark with Dr. G's Gourmet Tacos cookbook is all about flavor, simplicity and your culinary experience. Each taco is paired with drink and specific music, so when you come home from a hard day's work, you can kick off your shoes, put on that record, make a drink and enjoy your cooking.
