Dunstable's finest Imperial Vipers release their debut album Searching: Falling: Silence on 24 April. The Vipers have spent the last two years touring relentlessly, clocking up over 200 gigs both in their own right and supporting the likes of Towers Of London, Dogs D'Amour and We Are Scientists, building themselves an avid fan following along the way. Their first single Kick A Hole debuted at no. 12 on the Rock chart in September, followed by the limited edition Promised Land, no. 9 (h. n. e) over Christmas. The third single Jewels precedes the album on 27 March. Searching: Falling: Silence sees the Vipers doing what they do best - no frills rock 'n' roll. Produced by legendary producer Stuart Epps (Led Zep, Bad Company, Robbie Williams etc) the album is set to establish The Vipers as one of the UK's hottest new rock bandsPress support is growing; The Sun tipped The Vipers as 'Stars in 2006', they have already had new band features in Metal Hammer, Classic Rock and Rhythm and have received glowing reviews from the likes of Kerrang 'a surprisingly authentic and shit kicking rock 'n' roll band', Zero 'have the making of a top draw rock 'n' roll band' and C4 Teletext 'given a few months this lot will be everywhere, catch 'em while you can.
