Lorena Deeming is a successful management consultant married to a worthless husband. His car turns up with the nude and mutilated body of a Palestinian woman official in the trunk, but he cannot be found. Police Lieutenant Mayorga, the Palestinians and the Israeli Mossad all have an interest in the case when the dead woman's lover is identified as a key player in Saddam Hussein's long-awaited retaliation for his Gulf War defeat. Lorena is kidnapped by Palestinian agents and taken to a Neo-Nazi stronghold in the mysterious Valley of the Germans in the heart of Mexico's Sierra Madre. Tracking down Lorena, a key material witness, Mayorga discovers that he is all that stands between New York and incineration.
