Every 11 years the Sun enters a peak sunspot period. It emits vast amounts of solar radiation and its North and South poles swap places. On each occasion since 1970, three 18 year old men have died during the solar event. In 1981 the Us space shuttle, Columbia, carried out a study of the Sun and detected an alien spacecraft harvesting the emissions and aiming them at the Earth. In 2014 the Governments of the Uk and Usa were ready as more young men succumbed to the latest wave of emissions. Paul, Tony, Matt and Jim wake up in each other's bodies. They soon discover they must fight for their lives against the aliens and the Government forces.
