Thank you for joining me on this journey called LIFE. This book is a reflection on how I went from positive and optimistic to stress and anxiety. And I was able to turn a leaf with mindfulness, essentialism, and self-care to focus on what matters. I embarked on a journey to uncover the root cause of stress and anxiety and explore a road less traveled for my pursuit of happiness. - I was diagnosed with GAD (Generalized Anxiety Disorder) in Feb 2020. - Trust me, this journey is the best one you will embark in your life. - This sense of freedom from the shackles of our mind is liberating. Once we face our fears and inner voice, then harmony lies within all of us. One day at a time. If you are wondering why should I read this book: (or why did I write this book) - Bibliotherapy is real: Heal and find creative solutions for stress and anxiety. - One day at a time: Focus on the now, fully present, and appreciate everything around me. - CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy): Turn negative thoughts into positive feelings. - Generalized Anxiety Disorder: Be the voice for the unspoken, share stories, help each other heal. - Stress and anxiety at work -> Burnout: Set boundaries and find the right balance. - Mindfulness, Essentialism and Self-care: Open my heart, mind and soul to the flow of the universe. Always remember, we are enough. We are right where we need to be. Join me in uncovering the biggest strength in each other and being the rock when everything around us is falling apart.
