Contributor Bio:  Fitzgerald, Tanya Tanya Fitzgerald is Professor of Educational Leadership, Management and History at La Trobe University, Melbourne. She was previously Professor of Education at Unitec Institute of Technology, Auckland, and in 2007-8 was seconded to the University of Nottingham. She has published widely on the history of women's education and was awarded a Spencer Foundation Research Grant to undertake the archival research for this book. She is editor of History of Education Review and co-editor of the Journal of Educational Administration & History. Contributor Bio:  Fitzgerald, F.
