Brief Description: The only hope for humanity rests in the hands of Lieutenant Janet Rogerton of the New Victorian Empire as she and the Guardians chase the criminal Galen Bestmarke through space and time. Bestmarke is a time-traveling villain who doesn't respect life or the sovereignty of the New Victorian Empire, a government that rose after Earthlings nearly destroyed themselves in the 21st century.
