When Dr. Chuks, a trainee surgeon, dates his consultant's secretary and has also kissed his wife, he unwittingly puts himself in a situation where he has to choose between covering up his boss' malpractice or exposing the failures in the system and risk ending his own career. Dr Nwokolo joins the team on Hillingdon Ward with high hopes of becoming a specialist surgeon. But right from his first day, tension builds between him and his consultant, Dr Braver, who finds his name too difficult to pronounce. Now called, Dr Chuks, the young surgeon has to fight hard to deal with all the malpractices that are covered up. Outspoken and uncompromising, he is constantly at conflict with his boss. There are complications here and there. Patients are dying daily. Relatives are crying. Everyone knows about Dr Braver's malpractice. But no one seems to be brave enough to speak out. Now Dr Braver is facing an inquiry into his practice. He needs Dr Chuks' testmony. That's the only thing that can take him off the hook. He tries to make Dr Chuks cover up for him by signing a falsified document. When Dr Chuks refuses he reminds him that he is aware of his relationships with his wife and secretary and threatens to terminate his training.
