The Morac (Volume 1) Colleen M Bratley

Four friends just out of high school are on a weekend getaway when the power goes out. At least that's all they thought it was. But returning home they don't see any cars, lights or people. Not one soul. Thankful they have each other for support, they quickly realize the strength of their bonds would be tested as never before. Searching for answers to what exactly happened when the power went out reveals information leading them to an event so shocking, their wildest dreams couldn't compete. It's a realization so impossible, even their nightmares dim in comparison. This event changes their lives in ways they never imagined, but how it changes their souls is far beyond what they can comprehend. Now they just have to figure out what to do next; not just to control their destiny, but how to survive it.
