Back Seat of Daddys Car

?Where's your lollypop princess,' I say noticing it?s not in her hand. She looks up at me all freckles and fresh faced. Her blonde pigtails swishing as she shakes her head from side to side looking down at the seats either side of her.
?Oh no Daddy, I must have dropped it, ?she says biting her bottom lip.
?Well you'd better find it princess.? She nods her head up and down really quickly her lips turning down at the sides, her eyes wide behind her spectacles. I turn and face forward, adjust the rear view mirror so I can get a good look at what she's doing.
I know what you?re thinking I should go and help the poor girl, perhaps I will in a minute but for now I just watch as she twists and turns, I lower the mirror a bit more.
