The second world was at its end. The Germans had developed the bomb first and had won the war and had now had set up work camps in the states and declared that only those with ethnic purity were fit to join within the new order. Four friends escaping from the new fascism that followed, seek a new place to live, encounter mutant dogs that thrive on the flesh that the four in their venture to find a safe place to live, find the supply of fresh human flesh the mutant dogs needed to survive by following closely behind.
