Eva's Child
Whitney Buggey
Following the end of World War II there was considerable speculation among Western Intelligence agencies that Adolf Hitler had fathered a child or children, one of them with his mistress Eva Braun. No children were ever found but not for lack of searching. Eva's Child explores the possibility that he did father children. The story is set in Germany in 1939-40 and then moves to 1989 when the children would be approaching fifty. It is a look at how a man might react if he began a search for his origins. It is not a story of how a single man saves the world from a resurgent Nazi movement.
