He was at his grandparent's house while learning to write at school and his grandmother asked him to send a letter home. He wrote a poem at the time, he writes since and has published a few books in the passing years. The poems show feelings distilled on paper and readers could become conscious of their own emotions while internalize them. Although not everyone likes his work, no one remains untouched by them. Albert Török views life as a soul explorer whose purpose is to experience human journey. Through poetry he engages love loss trauma and humanity.
