Things start to get crazy again for Florida dog trainer Rick Roth when he discovers that his 70 year-old weed dealing mother is dating a Chinese infomercial guru named Abraham Wu. Rick doesn't trust Wu, and for good reason: Would you trust a guy who walks around your mother's condo naked? As if that wasn't bad enough, the doggy students at the Mojito Joe Dog Training Academy are disappearing and the main suspect seems to be a mysterious Indian guy with an oversized head. There's also a chimpanzee named Gauguin who shows up for the weekend. Then Rick finds out that his girlfriend, a sexy archaeologist named Rhonda, is the daughter of his main competitor. But that's of little consequence when his friend Bill sells the Airstream he was living in. Now Rick's living in a tent with a monkey, a Jack Russell Terrier and a new girlfriend. He needs to figure something out, and fast! Fortunately, he's got an ace up his sleeve: A spunky Jack Russell Terrier named Mojito Joe who never fails to save the day. Throw in a car crash, a beat-down by a militant lesbian named "Black Betty" and a high speed boat chase and you've got a recipe for a frolicking good time in the hot and humid city of Sarasota, Florida.
