This laugh-out-loud spoof of lawyering relates the adventures of a young attorney who practices law the way the Keystone Kops chased cars. He begins his legal career by putting out a shingle in a small town near the Canadian border and unexpectedly his practice starts percolating when a number of bizarre lawsuits are spawned by the town drunk overdosing on the locally produced maple syrup, purported to cure ED. The young lawyer muddles through, but just barely, with the help of an ornery moose, an mean-spirited Billy goat, and a bevy of weirdo friends.
