A.C.T. Now Management System Christopher Whipple

In 2013, management expert Christopher Whipple published his first book, A. C. T. NOW or Fail! In this book, he introduced business leaders to an entirely new management system capable of completely transforming an organization. In this book, Whipple presented 10 fundamental requirements that he insists form the foundation of all organizations. Within this framework, he also established the concept of an ACE, i.e., an "Advanced Corporate Executive," defined as someone who fully understands the principles of this breakthrough management system. Since publication of A. C. T. NOW or Fail!, however, Whipple began to observe that an ACE is so much more. A true ACE, he has concluded, is a "transformed employee who practices the most beneficial management tools." Thus this, his second book, A. C. T. NOW Management System: When alpaca fly!, represents a sequel to the first. Providing clear, needed details for how such a transformation can take place. Details are provided on how efficiency can be improved by increasing alignment, motivation, teamwork, quality, preventing problems and getting employees to care.
