Once Upon A Poet H S Peer

His name is Poet. His literary knowledge is rivaled only by his criminality. A gentlemen thief, his easy-going world is endangered when an arrested accomplice threatens to rat him out. With the clock ticking, Poet dives deep into the world of pornography to solve the murder of a rising starlet, while completing more mundane chores: Heisting a hearse, and swiping a load of diamonds. It's a break-neck race through New York's underworld to find the truth, before the police come knocking on his door.
