A Red Rose is a historical novel of three young Swedish girls' journey to adulthood at the outset of WWII and of those who cross their paths. This romantic adventure story focuses on Annika Bengtson, her flamboyant, womanizing, husband, Kurt Nobel and their twin sons Alex and Axel. Billy Jones was a British sailor when he first set his eyes on Annika at the Swedish folk park, Liseberg.
