Children can read 15 stories on a variety of topics and levels. These booklets feature high frequency sight words in patterned sentences with entertaining stories and drawings. Each title includes reproducible flash cards with essential vocabulary and pictures for previewing the story as well as for reviewing details such as characters, events. etc. Stories in this title include: 1. My Book of Letters: A cute drawing is superimposed on each letter of the alphabet to help students remember the name and sound of each letter.2. Bird Colors: Birds of all the colors of the rainbow help students learn the color words as well as the high frequency words "this," "one," "is," and "a."3. The Life of a Butterfly: This title covers the life cycle of butterflies and includes essential vocabulary such as "egg," caterpillar," "chrysalis," and "butterfly."13. Wild Animals: This is a more challenging reader with two sentences per page that describe popular wild animals.14. When You Grow Up: In addition to including the sight words "want," "when," "what," "would," and "were," this title makes students think about what one does in each profession.15. Cody Goes Shopping: Our highest leveled reader includes math concepts, the days of the week and an entertaining story about a boy who spends his money.
