Film-maker Hayes Figueiredo is struggled to finish the documentary of his heart. So handsome physicist Yusuf Hassan shows up, claiming Hayes is the key to understanding the Envisioner - a mysterious device that can predict the future - he decides to document the experience.

Hayes is taken to a top-secret research facility where he discovers his alternate self from another universe created the Envisioner machine and sent it to his reality. And he has no idea why, as he studies footage of the alternate universe. Footage of a self he doesn't recognize, angry and obsessive, and footage of Yusuf... as his husband.

Hayes falls deeply in love himself, and is haunted by the moment Yusuf was shot to death in the alternate universe. So when the moment of tragedy bears down on Hayes' reality, he discovers to save Yusuf is to destroy the world. Over and over again, in every reality.

On the run from their vengeful alternate selves, Hayes and Yusuf tumble through a kaleidoscope of universes trying to save both Yusuf and the Earth. Hayes will have to decide what he's willing to pay to save the love of his life.
