The saga continues. Jake and his team make advances that put Bodhi far ahead of the other nations on Earth. They also find evidence of other space faring aliens. These aliens and the political climate on Earth creates a situation that Jake and the Committee feel needs resolution. The Bodhi leadership puts together a Commonwealth which attempts to unify the entire population of earth under one banner hoping to bring together the people of Earth. Jake, despite all that is happening manages to find romance as do several other characters in the Bodhi leadership.
