A man-made Armageddon a millennium ago dwindled the Earth's inhabitants to millions...and their love for God is nonexistent as none enters heaven for centuries... As the Lord contemplates severing his grace for the human race, letting the Earth blow to its oblivion, for there is no good soul left to embrace...a girl's sudden appearance at the Pearly Gates puts his plan on hold... She convinces him to send her back to Earth to investigate. After learning that Every is dead and believing that Lucifer has her soul, the Lord storms Hell... only to learn that Hell, too, receives no new souls for centuries. Satan makes a proposition to the Lord: Every's soul for Earth when he finds it...and the Lord accepts. Every finds herself alive, fighting the two most vicious beasts, the WE on Earth and the Satan in Hell, while convincing the Lord that the Earth is worth saving...
