The civic symbols is a form of art, which carries a number of representations and perceptions whose content ( which they are based on) focuses on the purpose, That?s to say, ability of the content to hide the reality. It is not based on the achieved performance, that?s to say, for example, the aesthetic effect they bring to the place.
