Volume 3 of the book Modern Day Cannabis covers the last two chapters, The Hemp Industry and The History of Cannabis and Hemp. In the Hemp Industry chapter, we look at the properties of industrial hemp. The hemp plant contains the seeds, leaves, flowers, stalks and roots. Each of these components can be utilized to make thousands of products. Hemp is a super plant that can be used to make 50,000 consumer products. In addition, the cultivation of hemp has benefits towards our environment, climate and the possibility of replacing various products including the most polluting substances such as products made from fossil fuels. Hemp is the crop of the future and will save the planet. Secondly, we will look at the entire History of Cannabis and Hemp. This crop has been utilized by the human civilization for 10,000 years mostly for fiber, grain and medicine. Here you will get to see the recorded history, pictures and illustrations of Cannabis and Hemp over the years. The history has been split into 3 sections for understanding and referencing purposes. The BC years, Early AD years and the Late AD years. Lastly, you will get to understand the reason for the illegality of the plant and how far the industry has grown by portraying the most prominent people in Cannabis today.
