By age 14, Amanda Sue Bradley (Juliette Lewis) has already suffered a lifetime of cruelty and neglect. Alone and desperate, she falls prey to a seductive hustler (Brad Pitt) who introduces her to a tawdry world of strip joints and drug abuse. One night, high on speed and alcohol, they go on a crime spree that results in the murder of the one man who has ever shown Amanda love and compassion. She is arrested and, due to the brutality of the crime, is tried as an adult. Catching the star power of both Lewis and Pitt before their ascension to fame, TOO YOUNG TO DIE examines one of the most difficult dilemmas facing the American judicial system.
