Athens, GA Inside-out 2: Red Turns Into Blue

Documentary sequel focusing on the music scene in Athens, Georgia in the 1980s. Following different bands with varying musical styles, this film examines the rise of groups such as REM and the B52s and how they illuminated the thriving community they originated from. Live performances from bands including Elf Power, Drive By Truckers and Pylon Reenactment Society are also interspersed throughout the documentary.
