Far from Home EP Em Frente

Formed in July 2006, Plymouth Based Indie Rockers Em Frente have been going from strength to strength since it's formation. Consisting of Lead Singer and Guitarist, Manuel Da Costa. Guitarist and Backing Vocalist, Paddy Baker. Bassist, Luke Powell and Drummer, David Samuels. The group has developed a strong bond on and off stage and from early foresight, this looks to continue in leaps and bounds. Their sound is an amalgam of their influences which range from 70's rock The Who and Led Zeppelin to modern day indie bands like Interpol, Editors and Bloc Party. The band has maintained a strong independent ethic in promoting themselves tirelessly and in November 2006, they hit the studio to record their self funded CD debut, 'Far From Home'. The EP was released on 5th March 2007 through various formats including iTunes and has been highly acclaimed since. It will certainly be an interesting future for the band and one which might be worth keeping an eye on.
