Memento

The fifth DiN collaboration between label boss Ian Boddy and renowned composer and touch guitarist Markus Reuter. They were there at the birth of DiN in 1999 with their inaugural release Distant Rituals (DiN2) and this latest work not only affectionately looks back to that album but creates new sonic landscapes for the listener to explore. Featuring Reuter's beautiful guitar playing and looped soundscapes with Boddy's ambient production and analogue synth lines the duo have once again proved to be a potent musical team. Their balance of styles blend perfectly to produce a complex, deep album that effortlessly crosses genres between prog, ambient classical and analogue electronica.
