Damon Albarn keeps on surprising us with his fictional band, Gorillaz, where the framework for genres and collaborations knows no bounds. In 2020, Gorillaz delivered one of the best albums of their career with the quirky Song Machine project, released through a long streak of phenomenal singles.

In 2023, Gorillaz return with another album, announced with the release of the incredible banger of a lead single, "Cracker Island" (feat. Thundercat), which will also be the title of the new album.
